Saudi Arabia’s Najm will integrate Solera’s Qapter and Intelligent Estimating technologies into its national platform as the two companies target a more connected and AI-enabled motor insurance ecosystem.

Najm is bringing Solera’s Qapter and Intelligent Estimating solutions into its national platform under a new strategic partnership, Solera Global Corp. said in an announcement.

The partnership combines Najm’s national reach and knowledge of the Saudi market with Solera’s technology, data and AI capabilities, with the companies aiming to improve efficiency, scalability and connectivity across Saudi Arabia’s motor insurance ecosystem.

The technology will support insurers, repairers and other participants in the claims process. In a separate corporate post, Solera said the ambition extends from First Notice of Loss through settlement and described the project as an example of how its global capabilities can be applied at national level.

From claims automation to a connected insurance ecosystem

Najm plays a central role in Saudi Arabia’s motor insurance ecosystem, providing accident management, claims-related services and digital solutions while working with insurers, government entities and other industry partners.

As part of the collaboration, Najm is also joining Solera’s Global Circularity Consortium, connecting Saudi Arabia’s automotive insurance sector with an international community focused on AI, circularity and more sustainable vehicle repair.

The partnership also forms part of Solera’s broader Middle East expansion strategy, with Saudi Arabia positioned as a key market as insurers across the region increase investment in digital claims technology.

Solera provides vehicle lifecycle software, data and services to more than 300,000 customers and partners in over 120 countries.
