GISEC Global 2026 Puts Quantum and OT Security in Focus
GISEC Global 2026 will put post-quantum readiness, operational technology security and critical infrastructure resilience at the center of its expanded cybersecurity program in Dubai.
The event, taking place September 16-18 at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai, will bring together governments, critical infrastructure operators and cybersecurity vendors as organizations reassess their defenses against AI-enabled threats, geopolitical risk and emerging quantum capabilities. GISEC Global 2026 will introduce a dedicated Quantum Security Summit and Global Quantum Drill, alongside sessions focused on OT environments, AI-powered cyber defense and resilience across sectors including energy, utilities, transport, manufacturing and finance.
Preparing for the Post-Quantum Era
Reflecting these challenges, GISEC Global’s expanded conference programme introduces the Quantum Security Summit, hosted by the UAE Cyber Security Council and Technology Innovation Institute, alongside the Global Quantum Drill, which evolves the former Global Cyber Drill into what is planned to be the world’s largest quantum readiness exercise.
Sessions will explore post-quantum cryptography, quantum-safe migration strategies, hardware-based security, cryptographic discovery, sovereignty considerations, enterprise migration governance and the emerging certification landscape shaping secure digital communications.
