OCVIBE Selects TKH Security Parking Guidance for $4B Anaheim District
OCVIBE has deployed TKH Security’s Park Assist Solution to support safer, faster and more efficient parking across three major garages serving the new entertainment district in Anaheim, California
OCVIBE, the $4 billion mixed-use entertainment district being developed in Anaheim ahead of the 2028 Summer Olympics, has selected TKH Security’s Park Assist Solution to provide automated parking guidance across Decks B, C and D. The development is backed by the owners of the Anaheim Ducks and is designed as a major destination for dining, culture, sports and entertainment in Orange County.
According to TKH Security, the installation covers three parking structures with a combined capacity of 7,745 spaces. Decks B and C will each offer 2,980 covered spaces across six floors, while Deck D will provide 1,785 spaces across eight floors.
The system is built around TKH Security’s M5 smart sensor, an HD camera-based technology that monitors parking spaces and guides drivers to available spots using color-coded LED indicators. TKH Security says the solution can help reduce time spent searching for parking, improve traffic flow and support OCVIBE’s broader sustainability goals by cutting congestion and vehicle emissions from circling.
The deployment also includes INX-Core software for real-time monitoring and analytics, Park Finder with license plate recognition to help guests locate their vehicles, Park Alerts for enforcement and watchlist notifications, and Park Surveillance for HD video monitoring in and around parking spaces. The company said these capabilities will help improve both operational efficiency and security for visitors, employees and vehicles.
Kevin Austin, Regional Sales Executive, West Coast at TKH Security, said being selected for the project reflects OCVIBE’s trust in the company’s technology and expertise. He added that the system is intended to make every guest’s arrival more convenient, safe and secure.
