ADNOC visits NAFFCO Group

NAFFCO, a globally known supplier of HSE, firefighting, and fire protection equipment, welcomed a visit from Abu Dhabi’s National Oil Company’s Industrial team, according to the LinkedIn post.

The agreement signed by NAFFCO and ADNOC Group mentioned as #MakeitintheEmirates, relates to the potential of improving the local production of fire protection and safety goods. This agreement is just one among many initiatives undertaken by ADNOC to enhance local manufacturing, bolster the sustainability of its supply chain, and create employment opportunities in the private sector for Emirati individuals.

As stated in the post, Dr Saleh Al Hashmi, Director of Commercial and In-Country Value conveyed the pride of having NAFFCO act as a catalyst for localizing the manufacturing process, as well as generating sustainable economic growth via partnerships. Carbon emissions are reducing, as a way of committing to the Make it in the Emirates initiative.

Further in the post, it is stated by Khalid Al Khatib – CEO of NAFFCO – that the ADNOC Group drives to form a resilient and independent supply chain in the UAE while having NAFFCO as a contributor.

The goal of these two companies matches those of investing in the UAE’s industry, creating job opportunities for locals, and providing the newest technologies in fire protection and safety to people’s homes. All of these act as an example of the companies’ devotion to the Make It in the Emirates agreement, as stated in the post.
