Egypt healthcare group cuts cyber investigation times by 75%
Cleopatra Hospitals Group has cut investigation times for high-severity cyber incidents from eight hours to two after deploying Kaspersky Next XDR Expert.
The Egypt-based healthcare group said the deployment has improved threat detection and response across its highly digitized environment. According to Kaspersky, CHG manages more than 3,000 endpoints and 500 servers while automating 90-95% of its workflows.
Faster response across incident levels
Investigation time for high-severity incidents fell from up to eight hours to two.
Medium-severity incidents now take four hours instead of 24. Low-severity cases have dropped from 48 hours to eight.

Kaspersky said the changes give CHG’s security team better visibility across endpoint activity and daily operations. The platform also correlates data from endpoint, network and cloud sources.

CHG serves more than two million patients annually across its medical network. Its high level of workflow automation makes fast incident response especially important for maintaining resilient operations.
