Artificial Intelligence (AI) is used to analyze whether an alert is an emergency alarm, a warning, or a situation requiring action, enabling the users to seamlessly project the appropriate response onto the operator interface.

The company’s AI-driven analytics monitor live feeds and predict potential security threats based on behavioral patterns. “Customers don’t know what they don’t know. So, they have a video wall, they look at cameras, they look at too many cameras,” says Such. The system automatically triggers alarms when predefined security rules are violated and generates alerts for environmental hazards or potential threats, even if they do not immediately warrant an alarm.
