IntelexVision and ISM Partner to Bring Advanced AI Video Analytics to Genesys PSIM

IntelexVision has announced a new partnership with ISM, the company behind the Genesys Physical Security Information Management (PSIM) platform.

The collaboration combines ISM’s ability to unify complex security systems with IntelexVision’s expertise in artificial intelligence, creating a more intelligent and responsive security ecosystem for customers worldwide.

The Genesys platform integrates video, access control, sensors, and alarms to give organisations complete situational awareness across critical environments. By integrating with IntelexVision’s advanced video intelligence, operators can now benefit from automated detections and event intelligence directly within Genesys, enhancing response times and operational efficiency.

“From our early discussions, it was clear that ISM’s team share our focus on delivering high-end, security focused solutions.

“Our technologies are highly complementary, and together we can help customers achieve the next level of situational awareness – where AI-powered video analytics adds intelligence, automation, and context to critical events.”

Charlie Bennett – Regional Director for Europe, IntelexVision

“This partnership brings together a proven track record of protecting Critical National Infrastructure with a shared commitment to innovation and operational excellence. Integrating a recognised leader in advanced analytics and AI, we focused on delivering actionable situational awareness that goes beyond traditional security monitoring.”

“By unifying systems in our Genesys ICMS, we enable organisations to strengthen existing investments, reduce false alarms, and respond to incidents with greater speed and confidence. Together, we are setting a new benchmark for intelligent, security-led solutions that provide clarity, resilience, and trust in the most demanding environments.”

Stephen Smith – Managing Director, Integrated Security Manufacturing Limited (ISM)

The partnership builds on both companies’ long-standing success in critical national infrastructure, government, aviation, and high-security sectors. Joint projects are already in progress, including opportunities in the UK, the Middle East, and South Africa.

To support engagement and showcase the joint capability, a live demo will soon be available at ISM’s Head Office, where partners and customers can experience the integration first-hand.
