Came Özak Phases Out PG 03 Series, Introduces V3 Speed Gate Line
New generation of speed gates brings enhanced design, compliance, and sensor capabilities while maintaining pricing levels
Came Özak has announced a product update to its speed gate portfolio, confirming that the existing PG 03 55 to PG 03 90 series has been officially phased out as of April 20, 2026. The company has now begun production of the upgraded PG 03 55 V3 to PG 03 90 V3 models, introducing a range of design and performance improvements aligned with evolving market demands.
According to the company, the transition to the V3 series reflects a broader effort to enhance product functionality while ensuring continued compliance with industry standards. Notably, the pricing for the new V3 models will remain unchanged compared to the previous generation, providing continuity for customers planning upgrades or expansions.
Came Özak also advised that projects requiring compatibility with earlier installations must clearly specify the need for previous-generation models at the time of order confirmation, particularly for units produced or stocked before April 20, 2026.
The new PG 03 V3 series introduces several technical and structural improvements. Among the most significant updates is the shift to a monoblock body structure, replacing the multipiece construction of earlier models. The new version also incorporates a locking mechanism compliant with EU standards, addressing growing regulatory requirements in access control environments.
Sensor performance has been upgraded, with the number of smart sensors increasing from eight pairs to ten pairs, enhancing detection accuracy and operational safety. Additionally, the electronic board has been redesigned to support improved system functionality.
From a design perspective, the V3 models feature smoked partitions instead of transparent ones, along with new LED diffusers and updated smart LED indicators. The integration of a rubber U-shaped wick and a redesigned wing holder further contributes to durability and smoother operation.
Overall, the update positions the PG 03 V3 series as a more advanced and regulation-ready solution for modern access control applications, while maintaining cost consistency for existing and new customers.
