Expo 2023 Doha Introduces Sustainable Innovations
Expo 2023 Doha is a crucial global event where innovations in agriculture, environment, sustainability, technology, and innovation are showcased and shared internationally, as said in an Arab League’s statement, according to the Qatar News Agency (QNA).
HE Assistant Secretary-General for Economic Affairs Ambassador, Ali Al Maliki said in the statement that the Arab League has a comprehensive program aligned with the Expo’s focus on food and water security, environmental issues, climate, smart agriculture, renewable energy, and sustainable development. The Arab League’s booth, using the slogan ‘working together for a green Arab world,’ offers a new perspective on Arab collaboration in agriculture, environment, and innovation spanning over 75 years.
The booth, whose design is inspired by a sustainable agricultural environment, will focus on four elements: modern agriculture, environmental awareness and sustainaibility, technology and innovation, and reviews of many projects, strategies and initiatives since the AL’s founding year in 1945.
HE Al Maliki added, according to the QNA article, that the Arab League pavilion reflects the integration of innovation, technology, agriculture and the environment, providing visitors a way to learn about modern technology in a sustainable environment.
