Cloudsdcs Expands to Saudi Arabia with AstroLabs to Drive Enterprise Cloud Transformation
The company targets enterprises and government entities with sovereign cloud, AI, and cybersecurity capabilities aligned with Vision 2030 ambitions
Cloudsdcs has announced its expansion into Saudi Arabia with the support of AstroLabs, marking a strategic move to strengthen its regional footprint and directly serve the Kingdom’s rapidly growing base of enterprises and public sector organizations undergoing large-scale cloud transformation.
The global cloud and cybersecurity specialist, which brings over two decades of experience, enters the Saudi market as an AWS Advanced Consulting Partner, offering end-to-end cloud transformation services. These include strategy, architecture, migration, and optimization, alongside advanced capabilities in AI, machine learning, and managed cloud services.
“Our mission is to bring measurable value to Saudi enterprises and government entities by combining cloud expertise, sovereign solutions, and innovation.”
Erick Larrieux, CEO of Cloudsdcs
The company said its Saudi operations will focus on key sectors such as finance, healthcare, and government, where demand for secure and compliant cloud environments continues to rise. Its delivery model combines AWS-certified architecture, sovereign cloud deployments, and Zero Trust security frameworks, enabling organizations to meet strict data residency and regulatory requirements while accelerating digital transformation.
A key component of Cloudsdcs’ offering is its sovereign cloud capability, designed to ensure that sensitive workloads remain within the Kingdom’s borders. This is particularly relevant for government entities and regulated industries that require enhanced control, privacy, and compliance.
“Saudi Arabia is not just a growth market — it is a transformation opportunity,” said Erick Larrieux, CEO of Cloudsdcs. “Our mission is to bring measurable value to Saudi enterprises and government entities by combining cloud expertise, sovereign solutions, and innovation.”
According to AstroLabs, the Kingdom’s cloud sector is entering a new phase where scalability, regulatory alignment, and security are becoming baseline requirements rather than differentiators. Fouad Fattal, Vice President Commercial at AstroLabs, noted that Cloudsdcs’ security-first approach and multi-cloud expertise position it well to support increased cloud adoption across critical sectors.
The expansion comes amid strong growth projections for Saudi Arabia’s cloud and cybersecurity markets. Industry estimates suggest that the public cloud services market could reach $4 billion by 2027, growing at an annual rate of 23 percent. At the same time, cloud computing is expected to contribute more than $1.7 billion to the Kingdom’s GDP by 2030.
Government-backed investments are further accelerating this trajectory. Saudi Arabia has committed over $15 billion to data center infrastructure, targeting 1,300 MW of capacity by the end of the decade. Initiatives such as the Cloud Computing Special Economic Zone at King Abdulaziz City for Science and Technology in Riyadh are also laying the foundation for sustained digital growth.
With its entry into Saudi Arabia, Cloudsdcs aims to deliver a comprehensive model that integrates cloud transformation, cybersecurity, and AI-driven innovation, supporting organizations as they scale operations and align with the Kingdom’s long-term digital ambitions.
