G42 Unveils Alpha.G42.ai as a New Model for AI-Driven Brand Experiences

Abu Dhabi-based G42 has launched what it describes as a world-first generative interface developed with R/GA, replacing the logic of a static website with an adaptive, conversational AI system designed to deliver personalised content in real time.

G42 has introduced alpha.G42.ai, a new generative interface created in partnership with creative innovation company R/GA, in a move that points to how AI-native organisations may reshape digital engagement. Reported by WAM, the platform is presented as a shift away from traditional websites toward dynamic, conversational systems powered by integrated large language models.

According to WAM, the new interface adapts in real time as users interact through text, voice, or on-site navigation, generating and curating information based on each visitor’s intent. The experience is designed to serve a wide range of audiences, including business, government, academic, and entrepreneurial stakeholders seeking to engage with G42’s AI vision and broader digital infrastructure ambitions.

The platform can turn source materials such as PDFs, videos, articles, and notes into synthesised knowledge, which is then used to generate tailored outputs for different audiences. WAM said this approach allows content to be delivered in multiple personalised formats, including sector-specific executive briefings and bespoke audio podcasts, while also expanding the role of AI in content management and discoverability.

For the wider regional market, the launch signals a growing push by Gulf-based technology players to move beyond showcasing AI tools and into building new digital interfaces around them. In that sense, alpha.G42.ai reflects a broader MENA trend toward embedding AI directly into customer-facing platforms, knowledge delivery, and brand communications. This is an inference based on the product design and positioning described by WAM.
