Dubai Culture Unveils AI Bootcamp for Creatives

Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has announced an open call for the second edition of the ‘MENA Creatives Bootcamp – AI & Innovation Edition,’ organized in collaboration with Google. This initiative aims to equip the creative community with advanced skills, empowering participants to utilize technology and artificial intelligence (AI) in enhancing their projects. Additionally, the programme focuses on strengthening digital presence and fostering experiential learning, reflecting Dubai Culture’s commitment to positioning Dubai as a global cultural hub and incubator for creativity.

Creatives across the UAE and the MENA region are invited to register for the bootcamp by 10 January 2025. With limited spaces available, participants will gain exclusive access to a four-day event featuring networking opportunities, collaborative sessions with exceptional talent, and personalized mentorship from Google’s AI experts. The bootcamp’s activities will take place at Google’s Dubai office, while the final day will be hosted at Al Quoz Creative Zone, offering a specialized programme centered on innovation, digital art, and artificial intelligence.

Shaima Rashed Al Suwaidi, Director of the Marketing & Corporate Communication Department at Dubai Culture, emphasized the bootcamp’s importance in fostering innovation and aligning with the UAE National Innovation Strategy. She stated: “Through this bootcamp, Dubai Culture seeks to open new horizons for creatives, providing them access to experts, tools, and knowledge to explore advanced AI applications. These tools hold unique potential for content creation and generating original ideas, further reinforcing Dubai’s leadership as one of the world’s most future-ready cities.”
