Dormakaba Acquires Style Group in UK
Dormakaba has strengthened its position in the UK market by acquiring Style Group, one of the country’s leading suppliers of movable-wall solutions.
The deal expands the company’s direct presence in one of Europe’s largest markets for flexible space systems and supports its broader growth strategy in the region.
Style Group will become part of Dormakaba’s Global Movable Walls business while continuing to operate under its existing brand and management structure. The company has more than 25 years of experience in the sector and has been Dormakaba’s long-standing distribution partner for Skyfold and Dorma Hüppe movable-wall systems in the UK.
The acquisition gives Dormakaba direct access to Style’s established customer base and network of architects serving projects across education, transport, commercial buildings, and sports venues. According to the company, the move will strengthen its sales and service capabilities while expanding opportunities for its movable-wall portfolio.
Dormakaba completed the acquisition on 5 July. The financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed, although the company said it expects the deal to contribute positively to earnings from the outset.
