Madeleine Kraus will become CFO of MOBOTIX on October 1, succeeding longtime finance and operations chief Klaus Kiener.

MOBOTIX has appointed Madeleine Kraus, 29, as Chief Financial Officer and a member of its Management Board, effective October 1, 2026, the company announced.

Kraus will succeed Klaus Kiener, who will leave MOBOTIX on September 30 after ten years on the Management Board with responsibility for Finance and Operations.

Kraus joined MOBOTIX in 2016 and has held several finance positions within the company. She became Head of Finance in December 2025, overseeing Controlling and Accounting. Her appointment will also make her the first woman to serve on the MOBOTIX Management Board.

MOBOTIX said the internal appointment is intended to provide continuity as the company moves beyond its restructuring phase and focuses on sustainable growth.

From October, the Management Board will comprise Giovanni Santamaria as CRO, Kraus as CFO, Dr. Christian Cabirol as CTO and Aleksandar Smiljanic as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer.
