MOBOTIX Sharpens Portfolio Strategy with Expanded Focus on ONE Series

The company is streamlining its product portfolio to prioritize modular, AI-enabled platforms that enable long-term scalability and simplify deployment.

MOBOTIX has announced a strategic shift in its product portfolio, placing stronger emphasis on its high-performance ONE Series platform while gradually transitioning selected legacy product lines out of the market.

The company said the move is aimed at simplifying its overall portfolio structure and concentrating development efforts on modular, scalable systems that support advanced AI functionality and flexible deployment scenarios.

“We are consciously focusing on fewer, but significantly more powerful platforms,”

According to MOBOTIX, the ONE Series platform is designed to address a wide range of applications spanning traditional video security, industrial environments, and specialized sector-specific deployments. The systems feature modular architecture and integrated intelligent analytics capabilities intended to support evolving operational requirements.

As part of the strategy, MOBOTIX also confirmed plans to launch the MOBOTIX c ONE platform in 2026, further expanding the company’s unified system architecture. The new platform is expected to strengthen scalability and interoperability across different deployment scenarios while reducing system complexity for integrators and end users.

“We are consciously focusing on fewer, but significantly more powerful platforms,” said Dr. Christian Cabirol, CTO of MOBOTIX. “Our goal is to offer partners and customers a clear, future-proof system landscape without compromising on functionality or quality.”

The company added that the streamlined portfolio approach is intended to simplify project planning and provide clearer upgrade paths for channel partners and customers. Existing deployment scenarios will continue to be supported while enabling expansion into new application areas.

MOBOTIX confirmed that its MOVE series will remain available as a cost-effective option for projects with less system-critical requirements, allowing the company to maintain flexibility across different market segments.

The announcement reflects a broader industry trend toward platform consolidation, AI-driven video analytics, and modular security architectures, as vendors increasingly prioritize long-term software integration, cybersecurity resilience, and operational scalability.

For markets in the Middle East, where demand for intelligent surveillance systems continues to grow alongside smart city and critical infrastructure projects, the shift toward modular and AI-enabled platforms is becoming increasingly relevant for organizations seeking future-ready security ecosystems.
