At the core of the installation is a networked, EN 54-certified voice alarm system that enables both emergency announcements and everyday public address functions. In the event of an incident, the system ensures that evacuation messages are transmitted reliably and with high speech intelligibility, supporting compliance with European safety standards and local fire regulations. During normal operation, the same infrastructure is used for background music and customer information, helping create a pleasant and well-managed visitor environment.
