ISS: Enhancing Safety Through Cutting-Edge Surveillance

ISS, a global leader in AI-powered video intelligence, has developed the SecurOS Under Vehicle Surveillance System (UVSS), an advanced technology that provides comprehensive color image scans of vehicle undercarriages detecting foreign objects and assess chassis conditions. This compact and highly efficient solution streamlines the visual inspection process, enabling the identification of explosives, hazardous materials, prohibited items, and structural irregularities.
The UVSS platform, which features a sleek and compact design combined with robust and efficient software, includes a high-resolution machine camera and 12 white light LEDs.
A specialized software 3D magnifying glass offers a comprehensive view of potential threats and generates a high-resolution 3D color map of the vehicle’s underside.
Additional features, such as visual overlays emphasizing magnetic anomalies and sliding zoom, are exclusive to the UVSS.
The undercarriage images are stored alongside the corresponding vehicle license plate data and the driver’s face through our SecurOS® FaceX facial recognition module and Motus VO21 camera.
The license plate recognized during the initial pass is used for subsequent vehicle searches in the database. Image generation takes 3 seconds for a standard passenger car.
The platform does not require extensive construction for deployment and is installed significantly faster than analog solutions. The system is designed to enhance safety by optimizing the vehicle screening process, protecting personnel during the inspection procedure, and reducing the cost of infrastructure investments.
All UVSS platforms can be integrated into a centralized system, allowing one operator to control all vehicle checkpoints remotely from a single location.
