Salto Sets its Sights on the Future, Announces New Leadership and Organization in the Middle East and Africa Region

Naming Victor Hage as the Managing Director marks a strategic move towards fostering growth and innovation in the MEA. 

Salto is pleased to announce the appointment of Victor Hage as the Managing Director of SALTO WECOSYSTEM in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. Hage is elevated to the position overseeing SALTO WECOSYSTEM after previously serving as Managing Director of Salto Systems MEA.

To foster growth and innovation, Hage will oversee the coordinated efforts of SALTO WECOSYSTEM brands Gantner, Salto, and Vintia, in the MEA. With over 22 years of expertise in the access control and security industry, Hage brings a wealth of experience, particularly in the MEA, to take SALTO WECOSYSTEM brands to the next level of excellence.

Under Hage’s leadership, SALTO WECOSYSTEM reaffirms its dedication to delivering world-class smart access solutions. This commitment ensures that the excellent service, products, and solutions SALTO WECOSYSTEM clients and partners expect across industries will continue to be delivered. One of the biggest drivers and facilitators of this new organization is the need to drive business, partner engagement, and growth for long-term success. Also expanding roles and responsibilities in the MEA under SALTO WECOSYSTEM are Faye Halewood, Senior Finance and Operations Manager, and Sharon Shiju Thomas, Marketing Manager. Their expertise and dedication will be instrumental in streamlining and expanding financial and operational processes and the brand presence across the MEA.

To continue leading-edge technology and foster growth and excellent service in the region, the Salto South Africa and Saudi Arabia Business units will adapt the organization to the new strategy to gain a competitive advantage, boost efficiency, and uncover new growth opportunities for all SALTO WECOSYSTEM brands and companies. South Africa will be led by Bevan Dippenaar and Fadi Moubarak will lead Saudi Arabia. These business units will work towards the common goal of growth and innovation across the MEA region.

Hage, who is charged with overseeing all the business units in the MEA , will continue to align efforts and leverage the strengths of every brand to deliver exceptional solutions and achieve strategic objectives.
