Motorola Solutions Puts Enterprise Intelligence and Resilience in Focus at ISC West 2026
Motorola Solutions has unveiled a broad set of enterprise security and resilience upgrades at ISC West 2026, with the company emphasizing that modern security systems must do more than simply monitor incidents. According to the company’s March 23 press release, its latest portfolio expansion is designed to help organizations understand events in real time, act faster and support business continuity through more integrated security operations.
As reported by Motorola Solutions, the new offering is tailored to the operational and compliance demands of vertical sectors including healthcare, retail, government and education. The company said the technologies are intended to help organizations detect and respond to issues ranging from blocked fire exits in schools to liquid spills in hospitals before they escalate into safety liabilities.
A central theme of the announcement is the growing role of agentic AI in reducing the burden on security operators. Motorola Solutions said its “Operator” platform, formerly Inform, is designed to bridge the gap between detection and action by unifying data from video, access control and sensor systems into a single view that can help orchestrate complex incident response. The company also highlighted automated camera tours, audio analytics in Alta Video and Blue Eye remote video monitoring, which adds 24/7 human-led threat interception and talk-down capabilities.
The company also introduced new AI-powered platform features aimed at improving threat triage and operator efficiency. These include expanded Visual Alerts capabilities, integration of standard operating procedures and a new Assist Chat interface that allows operators to query system data and obtain contextual insights more quickly. Motorola Solutions said these additions are intended to improve the scalability of security teams while combining cloud and on-premise deployments in a hybrid model.
On the hardware side, the company showcased several additions to its Avigilon portfolio, including the H6A Dual Head bi-directional security camera, the Intercom Touch unit that combines a camera, reader and intercom, and the H6A PanoPTZ, which pairs 360-degree panoramic coverage with AI-driven subject tracking. Motorola Solutions said the overall aim is to help enterprises move beyond passive monitoring and build safer, more resilient organizations through more intelligent and unified security systems.
