Dulsco deploys AI-powered monitoring across UAE fleet

Dulsco Group is expanding the use of telematics, in-vehicle cameras and AI-powered analytics across its UAE fleet as part of a wider program focused on driver safety and operational oversight.

The company said all 454 vehicles in its fleet have already been equipped with telematics technology that monitors driving behaviors including speeding, harsh braking, acceleration and cornering. The system provides real-time data on driver performance and supports ongoing monitoring and driver coaching.

Dulsco operates a large service fleet across its workforce and environmental businesses. Vehicles used by Dulsco People include buses, minibuses and cars that transport workers between accommodation and client sites, while Dulsco Environment operates vehicles supporting waste collection and other environmental services.

The second phase of the programme adds in-vehicle camera systems designed to provide continuous driver safety monitoring and greater visibility into fleet operations.

At the time of Dulsco’s June 2026 announcement, more than 100 cameras had been installed across the fleet, including 32 vehicles operated by Dulsco Environment and 88 vehicles within Dulsco People.

A further 105 camera installations were scheduled by the end of the second quarter, which the company said would extend in-vehicle camera coverage to almost half of its total fleet. Dulsco also outlined plans to expand the technology across the full fleet.

The camera deployment forms part of a broader safety platform combining telematics, AI-powered analytics, digital driver training and predictive risk management. Together, these technologies are intended to give fleet operators greater visibility into driving behaviour and help identify patterns associated with elevated road-safety risk.

The programme builds on Dulsco’s earlier use of telematics and AI-supported defensive driving initiatives, extending monitoring from vehicle behaviour data to continuous in-vehicle visibility.
