Presight Launches AI-Startup Accelerator, Uniting Global Innovators in Abu Dhabi

Presight, an AI and big data analytics firm, has launched its inaugural AI-Startup Accelerator Bootcamp, bringing together ten cutting-edge startups from around the world for a three-day innovation sprint in Abu Dhabi. The event marks the launch of a multi-month acceleration program designed to scale real-world AI solutions across various sectors.
Startups from the UAE, USA, Singapore, Indonesia, Azerbaijan, and Tajikistan are participating in the program, which offers technical enablement, strategic mentorship, and access to Presight’s commercial ecosystem. The cohort will showcase their progress at GITEX Expand North Star 2025 later this year.
Presight CEO Thomas Pramotedham opened the bootcamp with a call for a “startup mindset” across institutions, emphasizing the need to build and scale AI solutions that address global challenges. Keynotes from Dr. Mohamed Al Kuwaiti, Head of the UAE Cyber Security Council, and Peng Xiao, CEO of G42, underscored the UAE’s commitment to AI excellence.
The startups pitched their ideas across three thematic tracks: Urban Visionaries, AI Tool & Tech Makers, and Market Shapers, tackling issues from climate and mobility to fintech and education. The event drew support from major partners, including Microsoft, Hub71, ADNOC, FAB, and the Abu Dhabi Department of Energy.
Following immersive site visits and strategic workshops, the bootcamp concludes today with commercial readiness sessions led by global tech leaders. Presight’s accelerator is set to become a cornerstone of the UAE’s AI innovation landscape, driving bold ideas and economic potential across the region.
