From April 30th until May 2nd, 2024, GJD will be participating at The Security Event 2024, where the company will be launching its new ultra-long-range, wireless integration system, the LX Lora Connect.

By leveraging Lora technology, the new system offers unparalleled flexibility, reliability, and ease of integration with GJD equipment and third-party technology. A major key feature is that it connects sensors, illuminators and alarm sounders over a range up to 10 kilometres – It will even transmit signals through buildings and other obstacles. Another key feature is that it can connect and support up to 500 devices, all without the need for expensive data cables and expanders.

Dr Rod Wilson, Group Chief Technology Officer commented: “With the LX Lora Connect, GJD is empowering installers with unprecedented capabilities. This new wireless system is a testament to our commitment to providing solutions that not only meet but exceed the expectations of security professionals”.

Installers who deploy GJD’s LX Lora Connect will gain a significant competitive edge, as they will be able to provide their customers with enhanced functionality and control. LX Lora Connect streamlines and reduces the logistical costs of installation processes, delivering wireless, scalable, and long-range solutions for the most challenging environments.

Visitors to the show will have the opportunity to engage with GJD’s experienced security experts for live product demonstrations. Attendees will be able to gain a deep understanding of how GJD’s products offer significant advantages including how GJD’s solutions overcome real intruder challenges, enhance video analytics, and reduce unwanted alarms.

We are eager to share our expertise, showcase our latest product innovations, and collaborate with installers on addressing the evolving needs of the security industry”.
