Gallagher Security launches direct Middle East entity

Gallagher Security has established a new Middle East entity, moving from its long-standing distribution model to a fully company-owned direct operating presence in the region.
Effective August 1, 2026, the transition represents a significant expansion of Gallagher’s regional operations, according to an official company announcement. The new entity is supported by a dedicated in-market team and a newly established office in Dubai Silicon Oasis featuring a training and experience hub.
Gallagher said the move builds on more than 20 years of operations in the Middle East through its distribution network and is intended to strengthen local support for channel partners and end users.
Craig Schutte, Executive Vice President for APAC and IMEA at Gallagher Security, said the expansion reflects the company’s sustained regional growth and will deepen in-market expertise, enhance customer support and strengthen engagement with partners.

The company has developed a presence across critical infrastructure, government, commercial and enterprise sectors in the Middle East, areas that will remain central to its regional growth strategy.
Gallagher also acknowledged Bilal Chehime, who led the company’s Middle East distribution operations for more than two decades and played a key role in establishing its regional presence. Gallagher said it will continue working with Chehime to support the transition.
Day-to-day sales, services and ongoing projects are expected to continue without interruption as the company implements the new structure. Gallagher said the investment reflects the Middle East’s status as a priority market and its long-term commitment to customers and partners in the region.
