UEE Ministry of Interior Concludes Statewide “Union 54” Exercise

Ministry of Interior, in coordination with partners, concluded the Union 54 exercise, which was implemented at the state level.

The Exercise aims to raise readiness and enhance the efficiency of responses to various types of emergencies and crises.

The exercise, carried out by the General Directorate of Federal Central Operations at the Ministry of Interior, witnessed several events in all emirates of the country through the implementation of security scenarios that simulate reality and tested the system of joint work between specialized and support teams, to enhance the speed of coordination and field response in emergency security situations.

MOI confirmed that the implementation of the Union 54 exercise comes within the framework of the Ministry of Interior’s strategy to strengthen the security, public safety and business continuity system.

The ministry also praised the role of partners, who contributed to the success of the exercise through their effective cooperation in applying various scenarios according to best practices in planning, implementation, and evaluation.

The exercise concluded with a comprehensive assessment of the results and outputs, with the aim of identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring the highest levels of readiness for various types of emergencies and crises.
