HID and Genetec Introduce First HID Seos Wallet Credentials Deployment in the Middle East
HID is thrilled to announce a groundbreaking partnership with Genetec to deliver the world’s first deployment of HID Seos Wallet Credentials in the Middle East.
Jason Schimpf, the author of the blog published on the HID Global, expresses HID’s excitement about this collaboration, highlighting that the innovative solution has been implemented at Dubai Silicon, a leading technology firm located in Dubai.
He explains that the new system ensures secure and seamless access for employees entering and navigating within the facility. According to Schimpf, employees can now use frictionless, hands-free mobile badging on their smartphones and watches.
Various settings allow employees to use their badges without unlocking their devices and continue using the wallet credential even when the device’s battery is low or uncharged.
Delivering HID Seos Wallet Credentials
Author also stresses that through the partnership with Genetec, HID Origo issues mobile credentials that integrate seamlessly with Genetec’s Synergis™ access control system. Schimpf states that this integration allows organizations to efficiently deliver wallet credentials to end users, such as the tech firm in Dubai.
Schimpf notes HID’s pride in collaborating with Genetec to be the first to provide this secure and convenient solution in Dubai and to expand it to new regions globally.
HID Seos Wallet Credentials are now available in the Middle East via Apple Wallet.
